Insurance. As a Licensed Psychotherapist in New York State, my services are insurance-reimbursable via your out-of-network benefit. I can help you navigate your insurance company to ensure you'll understand how much you will be reimbursed but the most important questions to ask your health insurance company are:
* What is my out-of-network mental health benefit? * Is there a deductible and if so, how much is it and have I met it yet? * What percent will my insurance pay once my deductible is met? * Are there a certain number of visits I'm allowed per calendar year? * Do I need an authorization number to see an out-of-network clinician? |
Insurance & PaymentYou have the option of making payment by cash, check or credit card at the end of each session.
I will provide an invoice at the end of the month which you can submit to your health insurance company for reimbursement. See above for any insurance-related questions you may have. |
CancellationIf you need to change or cancel
your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notification or you will be charged for the missed session—mind you, that is only if we cannot find a time to reschedule later that week (not withstanding emergencies). |
